Keepsake Exam:
This is an opportunity to gain reassurance from a sonogram in an unrushed environment. Invite the family and friends you would like to share this experience with. You will watch the entire exam on a 40" monitor. The sonographer will discuss everything she is doing and sees. A full bladder is not necessary. Fetal gender will be provided upon request. There is no predetermined amount of images given. The sonographer simply chooses to capture those images that are most memorable.

Diagnostic Exam:
If your managing physician/midwife orders a diagnostic exam the sonographer will obtain fetal measurements and evaluate fetal anatomy. A final report will be sent to managing physician/midwife after review by our interpreting ob/gyn.

If a complication and/or anomaly are seen in either the Keepsake exam or the diagnostic exam, the sonographer will discuss the findings and your managing physician/midwife's office will be contacted immediately.
