3D & 4D Fetal Sonography in the
Greater Kansas City Area
Diagnostic Sonograms with Reports plus Keepsake
DVD & Pictures
Prenatal Imaging
Center
offers state of the
art diagnostic sonography and 3D & 4D keepsake exams.
Prenatal Imaging
Center was created to meet your needs:
-
A reasonably priced diagnostic exam for those that the insurance companies allow
just one exam or you are uninsured.
-
We have a casual unrushed schedule that allows
adequate time for the patient to see their baby, observe what
they are doing when they feel movement, and to ask questions.
-
Friends and family are welcome – we have seating
for 9 and two 40” monitors.
-
I give you every image I freeze in a black and
white print. Those images are saved to a CD to allow you the
opportunity to reprint, E Mail, or use as clip art.
-
The images you love or I know you will appreciate
are printed in color (sepia).
-
There is no predetermined amount of prints.
-
We offer video streaming anywhere in the world. This allows your
family and friends to view it live or for a month following the
exam. They simply need internet access (not dial up).
I respect the
diagnostic quality of sonography and evaluate anatomy during all
nondiagnostic exams. If a complication or malformation is noted I
complete a diagnostic report, at no additional expense to you,
explain the complication to you and your family, and call your
doctor.
The benefits of
nondiagnostic 3D/4D imaging that I have observed at Prenatal
Imaging:
-
Fathers and
family members have the opportunity to see what the mother is
experiencing. This often improves the support system and home
situation associated with the pregnancy.
-
Reassurance….
you are allowed to see your baby in a manner that you can
personally interpret with assistance from the sonographer.
-
Those
families whose baby has a known malformation benefit from seeing
not only the malformation but also the complete baby.
-
Siblings are
allowed to see their new brother and sister and prepare for its
entry into the family.
-
Adoptive parents have the opportunity to see their baby and have
an open conversation with the mother about their baby.
